Why I Don't Use CBD Oil in My Products
From time to time we get asked about CBD oil and whether we use it in our products. We don't for the reasons discussed in the article below.
It's very difficult and expensive to extract CBD oil without the use of harsh chemicals and solvents which is the typical way it's done. And once you do obtain a pure form, it's also very difficult and expensive to get it into the body at a bio-available level without the use of additional solvents, surficants, and emulsifiers. Essential oils do not have these issues.
Here at Natural Traditions, we pride ourselves on using only pure, natural, and organic ingredients. And while CBD is in vogue at the moment, the pure essential oils and ingredients we use are all naturally bio-available and derived by the same natural means and methods used by Master Herbalists for centuries.
